Monday's A New Day

Today was a good day!!!!!

I woke up, weighed myself and was very pleased.  I can't tell you how much I weigh but I am truly going down in pounds.  This past week I have followed my diet to a tee.  If you didn't know I am on the Nutrisystem diabetic food program and it is absolutely fabulous!!!!  All of the foods are made with healthy carbs for Diabetics.  I love the variety that I get everyday-especially the snacks and desserts.  I basically eat 6 times a day.

I have also decided to keep an open food journal for you to see and follow.  I  have to have someone to answer too. I will now start to post my daily food and exercise regimen on my blog!!!!!  That's right-if I mess up I will have to answer to you.  Here goes:

Breakfast- Cranberry Orange Scone-130
1/3 egg substitute-30
1/2 cup edamame-120
1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk-90 

Snack- 1 low fat string cheese-60
1 medium peach-45

Lunch-5 oz chicken tenderloin-130
half zucchini-7

Snack- 2 low fat string cheese-120
1 apple=55

Dinner-Lasagna with Meat sauce-260

Water-Several bottles
Exercise-No exercise today.
Total daily calorie intake-1241

Not bad!!!!!!  Everyday I am suppose to take in 1145 calories.

If I can do this you can too!!!!!  Let's win together.

What's Happening?

Hello All,

So week two and three of Dance Your Ass Off were a success!!!!!!  I feel I did very well with Disco and Pole Dancing.  I preferred Disco over Pole Dancing and if you watched the show you would know that.  Next week here comes LATIN!!!!!  I can't wait to see the drama unfold.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday!!!!!!  I actually had a Fabulous Party at the Falcon Restaurant in Hollywood.  Several of my close friends came to the event to celebrate with me.  We had a BLAST!!!!!!!  

I received a delicious Chocolate and Raspberry Cake from PORTO's BAKERY in Glendale.  That was the best cake I've ever tasted in my life!!!!!!! I only had one piece-LOL!!!

My Battery Is Fully Charged!!!!!!

Hello Lovely Ones,

Losing weight and eating right is very difficult.  You have your good days and then your bad ones. Usually for me the bad outweigh the good.  Since I started my personal weight loss journey I've totally been playing mind games with myself.  Thinking that I could slack off if I put in more time at the gym etc.  Right now I have come to the realization that diet is 80% of the weight loss battle!  If you don't practice proper nutrition YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT.  I have had to learn this the hard way.  I lose ten pounds and then I gain it back.  I have done this about 4 times now and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.  

This week I am proud to say that I have stayed on course for four days with my diet. YAY.  I can only take it one day at a time and that is what I will continue to do.
